I have had the pleasure of working with babies and families for over 15 years. I gained the majority of my experience working in a level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but also in Labour & Delivery, and Postpartum Care areas as well.  I became a Lactation Consultant after a few years of experience, joining the International Board of  Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). This became the passion of my career and I am now devoting all my time to helping babies and mothers have a positive breastfeeding experience.  I have expanded my knowledge to include providing Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) to my clients. This is a manual therapy that assists the body to regulate, and function optimally. The focus in my approach is to support optimal jaw/suck motion in order to breastfeed, however, the benefits go beyond to support digestion, nervous system, sleep, pain, and anywhere else unique to where the body needs support.
