Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding can be a challenging and emotional journey, but you don't have to go through it alone. I offer one-on-one breastfeeding support to mothers at any stage of their breastfeeding journey. Whether you are dealing with latch issues, low milk supply, or any other breastfeeding challenge, I am here to listen, support, and guide you through it.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Just as a mother recovers and heals after birthing, an infant too requires time to recover. Cranial sacral therapy can support this recovery process for both mother and infant. We are so attuned empathically to our infants so that we nurture and give them everything they need to grow and develop. Therefore, it can be helpful at times to treat mom and infant together as they recover.

For an infant, cranial sacral therapy can be provided almost anywhere, on a treatment table or couch, while feeding, or in a parent's arms. For adults, it can be provided seated or on a treatment table. What it looks like is light touching of the head/spine/sacrum/abdominal area. What it feels like varies from person to person and treatment to treatment. Usually adult clients feel a sense of relaxation and tension release during a treatment. Some common ailments that clients have reported improvement after cranial sacral thearpy include (but not limited to):

  • TMJ

  • Headaches/Migraines

  • Pain

  • Vertigo

  • Nervous system disorders

  • Concussions

  • Sleep challenges

  • Post-operative discomfort

  • Anxiety/Mood disorders

  • PTSD

Common reasons parents choose cranial sacral therapy for infants:

  • Oral dysfunction/ties

  • Difficulty latching

  • Constipation, digestion concerns, reflux

  • Head shape

  • To improve sleep

  • Teething
